Q) Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we do not offer worldwide shipping for our magickal boxes or products. However, we hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the near future.
Q) What is your return policy?
Due to the unique artisanal and energetic nature of our products and subscription service, all sales are final. In the event of any damaged pieces, please contact us, and we will offer you a discount or an additional item in your next box.
Q) What does Senda Oscura do with annual profits?
As a small business, we donate 5% of our profits to organizations that help street animals. The remaining percentage is divided between payments for our coworkers during festivals and to support our store. We hope to increase this percentage over time.
Q) How can I change my mailing address?

Q) When will I receive my witchy box?
Senda Oscura boxes are shipped between the 13th and 17th of every month. Currently, shipping within the USA is handled through USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 1-5 business days for delivery. If you believe your Senda Oscura box is missing, we recommend calling your local sorting office first, as they may be holding the package before returning it to us. If needed, contact us after checking with the sorting office. If you sign up on or after the 15th of the month, you will start receiving your witchy box from the following month onwards.
Q) Does your witchy box follow a specific religion?
No, Senda Oscura box is a magickal box designed for those who believe in magic. It is not specific to any particular religious path, including Wicca. We acknowledge and welcome witches of all religions, and inclusivity is important to our team.
Q) Can I purchase past witchy boxes?
If we still have inventory available, you can purchase our past witchy boxes.
Q) Are your witchy boxes and products delivered discreetly?
Our delivery products are completely discreet. While our box may not be discreet (considering our logo, a broomstick, is visible), you can choose to have an extra cover completely free of charge during the purchase. We understand that society can be closed-minded, and we respect the need for privacy.
